Character History Edit
For much of the story, Issac is believed to be the cause of Natani's Gender Dysphoria, although it is later revealed that he had always felt that way about himself. (1). Once Issac realized his death was at hand, he used a forbidden spell that destroyed part of Natani's soul and mind, at the cost of Issac's own life. Desperate and wracked with guilt for putting Natani in harms way, Zen sacrificed himself by having his soul combined with the remains of his 'sisters' soul. This kept Natani alive, but by filling in the missing pieces of Natani's mind with those of Zen.
News of the brothers' success in killing Issac spread like wildfire, and after Natani had regained his strength, Zen and Natani encouraged the rumors about them being so good that Issac killed himself out of fear at the sight of them. This, along with the coordination that comes from their newly forged mental link is responsible for the brothers' fame, and is the reason why Zen and Natani are called "Magi Brothers".
- Issac tended to travel alone wielding a staff between villages and was considered old for a Keidran. Natani and Zen attacked him from the trees and threw two throwing knives with grey handles at him, which he stopped by holding his staff in their path. When Natani attacked with a sword, Issac cast the forbidden magic spell on him. He then died, which lead to Natani and Zen's mission being considered a success.
Appearances of Issac
- Like Raine, and unlike all other Keidran, Issac has pads on the palm of his hands and towards the tips of his fingers.
- This means that he could also be the product of an arctic-wolf/human relationship.
