Administrators are trusted users who have full access to every single function of the site. Provided with the tools to do so, they're essentially regular users tasked with keeping the wiki clean, functional and organized.
At the moment, the wiki isn't very big so Administrators are selected on an as-needed basis. Should we need one, we will let the community know.
